Location: Jacksonville Beach
The Research Analyst plays an integral role in the discovery, analysis, and interpretation of data and metrics and in the development of online optimization and test strategies. The Research Analyst will help manage multiple simultaneous research projects, taking direction from the assigned research team.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Excel and at least one data analysis package (SPSS, SAS, JMP, Stata etc) - base module with focus on time series modeling and multivariate methods
2. Capacity to integrate information from a variety of data sources (basic SQL or DB management knowledge preferred) and build comparable data sets
3. Experience in modeling complex data flows and discovering patterns and abnormalities within these
4. Experience in building reports to support business decision making
5. Proficient in translating research findings into clear, appealing presentations through the use of data visualization techniques
6. Good communication skills to convey research findings to internal and external clients.
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
8. Experience working in a project based environment preferred
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
4-year college degree in Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Business or Computer Science
1+ years of work experience in online marketing and/or online testing preferred
OR
2+ years of college and working towards a degree with 1 - 2 years’ applicable hands-on experience in data analysis and data processing.
